How does it work?

O³Fresh produces ozone derived from oxygen to create a natural biocide effectively killing bacteria and neutralising pesticide residues in seconds.

As well as the protection it gives planet earth against harmful UV light, ozone is a powerful oxidising agent. It's been used over the past 40 years to purify water systems including the water you drink. Ozone is a naturally occurring gas (O³), that fresh clean smell you find at high altitudes, created after thunderstorms and from waterfalls.

Ozone in water cleanses up to 1,000 times more effectively than chlorine, is effective over a significantly wider range of micro-organisms yet leaves absolutely no chemical residue.

Active ozone created by your O³Fresh is dispersed in water using a unique patented vortex action all around the fruit and vegetables. It’s a simple, short process that anyone can carry out at home. The result is a natural biocide that effectively kills bacteria, viruses and neutralises pesticides within seconds. One quick treatment in the unit is all you need to provide the reassurance you and your family needs.

Alternatively treated water from the O³Fresh can be dispensed into the spray bottle supplied to become a powerful, chemical free household cleanser.

Please note that ozone has a limited life span once exposed to the atmosphere and remains effective for about 10 minutes. After that time, it begins to revert to plain water.

To operate, place fruit and vegetables in the basket provided adding water to the ‘fill’ level. Then simply select one of four programmes offering different levels of ozone treatment before switching on.

On completion the O³Fresh automatically drains into the sink.

Water is completely neutralized, there are no bacterial or chemical residues.

Following the ‘Intense’ programme, select ‘Drain’ setting and dispense treated water into the spray bottle or larger container if desired. Use with supplied microfibre cloth to sanitise cutting boards, kitchen worktops and sinks or to remove mould and mildew. Spray carpets and pet bedding areas lightly to deodorise odours.

Remember that you have upto 10 minutes of activated ozone water. After that, repeat the process to continue cleaning.
